He was predeceased by: his sister Rita Dove; and also Uncle Sam. He is survived by: his former wife Tara K. Cullers; his child Chloe Rene Cullers; his sisters, Debbie Lam of Harrisonburg, Donna Cullers of Dayton and Barbara Miller of Singers Glen; and his nieces and nephews, April Eavers, Katie Frank, Frankie Dove, Clint Runion, Wesley Runion and Andrew Frank. He is also survived by numerous aunts and uncles.
