He was predeceased by: his siblings, Harold Hartman, Lewis Hartman and Ruth Weaver. He is survived by: his children, Rose Mary Heatwole (Byard) and Ed Hartman (Patti); his sisters, Rosalie Eshleman (Robert) and Anne Mae Hostetler (John); and his wife Dorothy Katherine Cave of Linville, VA.. He is also survived by six grandsons; one granddaughter; 25 great grandchildren; two great great grandchildren; and 14 nieces and nephews.
