It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Larry Edward Turner of Hinton, Virginia, who passed away on September 8, 2024, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Preston (Junior) and Frances Marie Turner; and his brothers, Lloyd Turner and Richard Turner. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Carole Turner; his children, Tiffany Turner of Beaver, WV and Larry; his daughter-in-law Angel Turner of Beaver, WV; his grandchildren, Rachel Breeden (Josh), Jacob Breeden, Trenton Turner and Chloe Turner (Preston); his siblings, Darrell Turner (Mary) of Hinton, WV and Kathy Hambrick (Carson) of Troutville, VA; and his pets, Milo and Baylo. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations be made to the Mt. Zion Church Cemetery Maintenance Fund c/o Randy Cook, 423 Canterbury School Road, Hinton, WV 25951.
