He is survived by: his children, Mary Ellen Whitmore (Joseph) of Dayton, VA, Shirley Marie Plummer of Harrisonburg, VA, Angela Sue Propst of Harrisonburg, VA, David E. Propst (Debra Ann) of Barboursville, VA and Jimmie S. Propst (Terry Lynn) of Grottoes, VA; his brother Ira "Bub" Propst (Ruby) of Franklin, WV; his sisters-in-law, Betty Propst of Harrisonburg, VA, Elaine Propst of Bluefield, VA and Thirteen; and his grandchild Twenty. He is also survived by Twenty-Five Great-Grandchildren, Two Great-Great-Grandchildren.
