He was predeceased by: his mother Judy Phillips (Bartels); his son Jude Blackburn Phillips; and his sister Jodi Phillips. He is survived by: his father Dennis Phillips of Buffalo, NY; his spouse Brooklyn Phillips (Hummel); and his children, Trinity Blackburn of Hinton, Kighla Blackburn of Hinton, Jennalee Phillips of Hinton, Isaiah Phillips of Hinton, Bryan Phillips of Stafford and Jacob Phillips of Stafford. He is also survived by several nieces and a nephew.
