She was predeceased by: her parents, Corbet Carmack and Ona Carmack; her son Stan Wells; and her sister Phyllis Carter. She is survived by: her husband Oran Blackburn; her sons, Steve Wells (Susie) and Alan Wells (Brandi); and her grandchildren, Jessica Gasteiger Melissa Boyett (Michael), Ashley Murray (Paul) and Caden Wells. She is also survived by several step-grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
