She was predeceased by: her parent Coy Carter; her husband Orville Junior Ketron; and her siblings, Beulah Eaton, Effie Broadwater, Wayne Carter, Lawrence Carter and Raymond Carter.
She is survived by: her parent Inez Hartsock Carter; her sister Nell Eaton; her nieces and nephews, Joann Eaton, Peggy Moore, Wanda Eaton, Thelma Shaffer, Bobby Clark and Kevin Carter; and her close friends, Don Turner, Jan Turner, Mary Huffman and Missy Vanover. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
