He is survived by: his son Dustin (Holly); his wife Tammy; his granddaughter Rayanne; his siblings, Kaye Barger (Randall) of Hiltons, VA, Karen Starnes (Mark) of Kingsport, TN and Jeff Carter of Blountville, TN; his aunt Gertrude Jennings; his uncle Frank Carter; his niece Stephanie Meade (Aaron); his great-niece Brooke Stokes; his great-nephew Luke Stokes; and his sisters-in-law, Shelia Blalock (Danny Fleenor) and Sharon Hooven (Michael Walters). He is also survived by several cousins, friends.
