She is survived by: her husband Johnny Mullins; her son Roger Mullins (Sheila); her grandchildren, Crystal Peters (Cody), Kayla McMurray and Matthew Mullins; her great grandchildren, Zane, Nolan Dingus and Cayson Peters; and her siblings, Jean Osborne (Bill), Marie Winkle, Kay Jackson (Nathan), Janie Rogers (J. W.), Darrell "Dobber" Sims (Dora), Billy Joe Sims and Stanley Sims (Margaret). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the family.
