He was predeceased by: his parent Samuel Vernie; his son Ivan Wayne Vermillion; and his brothers, Walter Vermillion and Sam Vermillion. He is survived by: his parent Mallie Lou Hurt Vermillion; his wife Mary Lunsford Vermillion; his sons, Clifford A. Vermillion and Michael R. Vermillion (Karen); his grandchildren, Jody Meade, Amanda Vermillion and Andrew Vermillion; and his siblings, Mary Lee Depew (Roy), Elaine Culbertson and Billy. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
