He was predeceased by: his wife Sue Million Hawkins; his parents, James Carlos Hawkins and Ocia Jerree Hawkins; and his siblings, James Edgar Hawkins and Louise Hawkins Harrison.
He is survived by: his daughter Cindy Collins (Kevin); his granddaughter Lacy Odom (Chandler); his great grandchildren, Jaxon and Sawyer Odom; and his brothers, Dennis Hawkins (Angie), Michael Hawkins (Linda) and Aaron Hawkins.
