He is survived by: his wife Jan Salyer; his children, Lauren Salyer, Allison Salyer and Isaac Salyer; his brothers, Phil Salyer (Tammy) and Shane Salyer; his niece Kristen Salyer; his nephews, Cody Salyer (Meghan) and Marcus Salyer; his uncles, Roger Carter and Jack Salyer (Ruth); and his aunt Jimmie Bell Salyer.

Everyone planning to attend the services are asked to wear a face covering and practice social distancing.
