He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Bowlin and Mary Bowlin of Hiltons, VA.; and his siblings, Jean Wilson, Bill Bowlin and Elder John Bowlin.
He is survived by: his siblings, Sue Johnson of Gray, TN, Brenda Horton (Joe) of Hiltons, VA and Kenneth Bowlin (Melinda) of Greeneville, TN; and his sister-in-law Brenda Bowlin of Bristol, TN.
