He was predeceased by: his parents, Gale Bellamy and Nellie Sims; his stepparents, Vennie Bellamy and Bert Sims; his siblings, Douglas Bellamy, Wilma Anderson and Mary Ann Heiden; and his grandson Scottie Fleenor.
He is survived by: his wife Pamela Worley Bellamy; his children, Beverly Guinn (Mitchell), Kenneth Bellamy (Amanda) and Tracy Bellamy; his grandchildren, Alexas, Penelopy Bellamy and Christa Hughes; and his great grandchildren, Kayle, Brayden Hughes and Lyncoln Fleenor. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hiltons Memorial UMC or Shades of Grace.
