She was predeceased by: her parents, DeWitt Weatherly and Florence Curtis Weatherly; and her siblings, Jack Weatherly, Joe Weatherly, Virginia Weatherly Rose and Evelyn Bralley.
She is survived by: her sister Shirley Weatherly Salyer; and her close friend Gary Baker. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
She also asked that any memorial contributions be made to the Scott County Public Library, 297 W. Jackson St, Gate City, VA 24251.
