He is survived by: his son Brandon Carter (Amy); his grandsons, Dylan, Lucas and Logan Carter; his brothers, Tony Carter (Carla) and Bob Carter (Mona); and his close friends, Carolyn Easley, Wayan Sumertra of Indonesia, Sharyn Delaney and Dublin. He is also survived by nephews and nieces.
