He was predeceased by: his wife Judy Gaye Lawson; and his parents, Early Madison and Lillian Ethyel Edmonds Lawson. He is survived by: his children, Cathy Annette Lawson of Austinville, Jerry Wayne (Lisa Lawson) and Lillian Jean Lawson of Austinville; and his granddaughters, Alicia (John Mabe), Danielle Lawson (Corey Brown) and Gabrielle Jean Lawson (Alex Webb). He is also survived by five great grandchildren.
