He was predeceased by: his parents, William Bolt and Betty M. Jackson Bolt; and his wife Juanita Melton Bolt. He is survived by: his son David; his daughter-in-law Mimi Banks of Galax, VA; his daughter Dina; his son-in-law William Clower of Woodlawn, VA; and his brother Archie Bolt of Laurel Fork, VA. He is also survived by three grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
