He was predeceased by: his parents, Kemper H. Lowe and Laura Grace Goodson Lowe; and his wife Ethel Amburn Lowe. He is survived by: his siblings, Goldie Lee Wallace and Dale Jackson Lowe of Farmville. He is also survived by several other family members and special friends.
