She was predeceased by: her parents, Tipton W. Davis and India Howlett Davis; her husband Dorless Lee Barr; her son Douglas N. Barr; her siblings, Callie Vass, Robert T. Davis and Dwaine M. Davis; and her children-in-law, Jerel Turman and Sandra Barr.
She is survived by: her children, Debbie L. Turman of Meadows and Richard L. Barr of Hillsville; her daughter-in-law Jill Barr of Galax; her grandchildren, Marsha (Tracy Caudill), Bobby (Abby Turman), Joshua (Nicole Barr), Daniel (Regina Barr), Nick Barr of Galax and Ari Barr of Galax; her great grandchildren, Nathan Caudill (Jessica), Cailyn Turman, Brittney Caudill, Eli Barr, Ethan Barr, Austin Barr, Clayton Turman and Elizabeth Barr; and her great great grandchild Forrest Caudill. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and other family members.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Gladesboro Cemetery Fund.
