She is survived by: her father James Fortner of Wytheville; her sister Elizabeth; her brother-in-law Josh Lenz; her nieces, Addison of Knoxville, Isabelle Lenz of Knoxville and Ill; her grandparents, Betty Fortner, Gene and Judy Babylon of Sykesville; and her aunts and uncles, Sandra, Terry Knowlton of Christiansburg, Phyllis, Kenneth Pierce of Tennessee, Roland and Laura Fortner of Nebraska.
In lieu of flowers, donations to Chestnut Creek School of the Arts, Galax, Va., in Sarah's memory would be greatly appreciated.
