He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel W. Allen and Rosie M. Vass Allen; and his wife Ella Ann Allen. He is survived by: his close friends, Lynn and Sara Rucker. He is also survived by several nieces; a host of great-nieces and great-nephews.
