She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Norman Stillwell and Juanita Mitchell Stillwell; her husband James Lionel Surratt, Sr.; her siblings, Frieda Ann Stilwell and Russell Stilwell; her son James Lionel Surratt, Jr. (Jimmy); her grandchildren, Gretchen Gravley Tucker, Graham Gravley (Rena), Keenan Porterfield, Rachel Porterfield Wortham (Mac) and Ilyn Rose Surratt; and her great grandchildren, Gracen, Granger Tucker, Nolan, Nico Gravley and Wyatt Wortham.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Hillsville Christian Church Memorial Fund or to the Hillsville Food Pantry.
