He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Levi and Edna Henley Lindsey; and his siblings, Maxine Quesenberry, Darlene Quesenberry, Sammy Lindsey and James Lindsey.
He is survived by: his wife Jeanette Lindsey; his sons, Randy Lindsey (Cathy) of Locust, NC and Kevin Lindsey (Carla Caraway) of Sumter, SC.; his brothers, Bobby Lindsey (Cora) of Hillsville and Lonnie Lindsey (Ima) of Fancy Gap; and his siblings-in-law, Katie Lindsey of Hillsville, Alan and Phyllis Cox of Woodlawn.
