She is survived by: her son Phillip Frazier; her grandchildren, Brandon Frazier and Ashley Addison; her great grandchild Oakland Addison; her siblings, Thomas White, Gilmer White, Johnny White, Barton White, Betty White (Phil), Carla Bolen, Pamela Frazier (Dooley) and Tammie Gallimore; and her niece Debbie Gallimore.
