Otha Garl Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Otha Garl of Hillsville, Virginia, who passed away on October 5, 2019 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, James Wells and Grace Mink Wells; his daughter Barbara J.; his son-in-law Billy Fuchs of Ocala, Florida; his son Mickey D. (Sheryl Wells) of Windermere, Florida; his grandchildren, Regina Walters, Nicholus Wells, Brandon Wells and Dawson Wells; and his close friend Betty Jo Cox of Crumpler. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
