She was predeceased by: her parents, Ellis Goad and Lila Beatice Dalton Goad; her husband Joe W. Alderman; and her daughter Dalva Alderman. She is survived by: her daughter Donna Myers; her son-in-law Willis Myers; her grandchildren, Ryan and Kayla Myers; and her sisters, Iomgene Nester, Iverybell Dalton, Betty Carter and Ann Akers.
The family requests no flowers, food, nor donations be made and instead ask that people express farewells and thoughts in their own way.
