She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Cleamon Newman; her children, Berlin Newman, Sr. (Michelle) of Willis, Vanada Sue Brannock of Hillsville and Rickie Newman (Cynthia) of Hillsville; her sister Lois Howlett of Fancy Gap; and her niece Linda Walls. She was also cherished by six grandchildren; two step-grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; and six step-great-grandchildren.
