She was predeceased by: her husband John Leon Brooks, Jr.. She is survived by: her siblings, Judy Ann Quesenberry of Hillsville and Edward Marshall of Hillsville; and her grandchildren, Brittany Brooks, Brian Moser, Ricky Brooks and Eden Durnil. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren; numerous special friends and several nieces and nephews.
