She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Kemper and Leona Harner Bowles; her former husband Charles Delton Worrell; her husband Theron Goad; and her siblings, Ruth Bowles Hypes, Thelma Porterfield, Ira Bowles and Bailey Bowles.

She is survived by: her daughter Sharon Worrell DeHaven; her son-in-law Michael; her sons, Steven (Jill Worrell), Jody (Laura Worrell), Theron Brady Goad and Brian Keith Goad; her grandchildren, Kevin DeHaven (Donna), Andrew DeHaven, Megan Worrell Viet, Bethany Worrell Smith, Isaac Worrell, Eli Worrell and Ashley Goad; her great grandchildren, Camden DeHaven, Clara DeHaven, Anderson Viet and Ila Grayce Smith; and her brothers, Jack Bowles and Larry Bowles.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Reece Cemetery in Dugspur or a charity of your choice.
