She is survived by: her husband Roy Lee Amburn; her father Sammie Phillips; her brothers, Eugene Phillips (Veronica) and Marcus Phillips (Donna); her sisters-in-law, Linda Amburn and Brenda Collins (Charles); and her close friend Lois JoAnn McGrady. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
