He is survived by: his wife Kathie Thompson; his stepson Chris MacDonald (Erin); his mother Ruby Thompson (Polly); his brother Paul; his sister-in-law Kim Thompson; his sister Vickey Smith; his brother-in-law Larry Smith; his sister Kathy Boswell; and his uncle Tom. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews, cousins.
