It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Leaanis Abigail Burbage of Hillsville, Virginia, who passed away on August 21, 2020, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Murray E. Greene and Sallie Norris Greene of Boone, NC.; her husband Peter Z. Rossetos; her son Alexander Rossetos (William O. Burbage); her siblings, Margaret Greene Eubanks, Robert Ransom Greene and Earlena Greene Adams; her brother-in-law Dale Adams, Sr.; her brother John Frank Greene; and her siblings-in-law, Robert E. Burbage, Ernest M. Burbage and Nancy L. Barnard.
She is survived by: her children, Katie Rossetos Thrasher of Welaka, FL, Thomas G. Rossetos of Palm Coast, FL and Paula Rossetos Green; her son-in-law Dennis Green of Hillsville, VA; her son Richard W. Burbage; her daughter-in-law Nicole Denno Burbage of Sterling, VA; her son Scot M. Burbage; her daughter-in-law Karen Goode Burbage of Hillsboro, VA; and her sister-in-law Delores Fleshman Burbage of St. Cloud, Florida.. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, two great-great-grandchildren, two step-grandchildren and one step great grandchild and numerous nephews, nieces and great nephews and nieces.
Cemetery flower arrangements are appreciated; however, in lieu of other flowers, donations may be made to St. Judes or the Habitat for Humanity.
