She was predeceased by: her parents, William Penn Reavis, Sr. and Billie Harris Reavis; and her son Donald Penn Vaughan. She is survived by: her son Claude M. Vaughan (Buddy) of Galax, Virginia. She is also survived by four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
