He was predeceased by: his grandmother Peggy Pender Puckett; his stepmother Chrissy Jones Melton; and his aunt Lisha Trivette. He is survived by: his wife Chelsea Melton; his daughters, Maci Fay Melton and Aubrie Paige Melton; his parents, Michael Wayne Melton and Dana Melton Puckett (Eric Pothast); his stepfather Jeffrey Puckett; his sibling Madison Paige Puckett; his grandparents, Winston, Oleta Puckett, Cindy Dalton and Roger Ogle; his great-grandparents, Wayman and Mae Dalton; his aunts and uncles, Jonathan, Tonian Puckett, Stephen, Kristen Puckett and Randy Ogle; and his cousins, Natalie, Laura Puckett and Nikki Ogle.
