He is survived by: his wife Mary Francis Chalkley (Johnson); his daughter Judy Lonneville; his son-in-law Jerry Lonneville; his son Ronald Dean; his daughter-in-law Linda Chalkley; his grandchildren, Christina Hart, Amy Hart, Ronnie Chalkley, Heather Chalkley, James Lonneville, Jennifer Crane, Roger Caruthers and Carrie Taylor; his great grandchildren, Jamie Lonneville, Kelsey Lonneville, Jeffrey Crane, Sarah Crane, Elizabeth Caruthers, Zachary Caruthers, Sydney Hart, Cadence Hart, John Chalkley, Wyatt Chalkley, Colton Chalkley and Boone Chalkley; his brother-in-law Nancy Flowers; and also, Dwight Flowers, Wade Martin, Harrietta Dickerson Jones and Jamie Lou Johnson.
