He was predeceased by: his father Phleet Plummer; his wife Sandra Plummer; and his brothers, William Plummer and Robert Plummer. He is survived by: his daughter Ashley Goad (Zachery); his siblings, Joe Plummer (Arlene) and Diann Hawks; his sister-in-law Betty Thomas Plummer; his grandchildren, Destiny Owens and Zackaria Goad; and his close friend Amanda Coulson Burnett.
