He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Everett and Mamie Smith (Thomas); and his wife Vicie Smith (Bowman). He is survived by: his daughters, Patty Smith, Becky Burke and Shelly Cook; his son-in-law Brian Cook; his grandchildren, Travis Burke, Clinton Burke and Reagan Cook; and his pets, Piper and Holly. He is also survived by cousins and neighborhood friends.
