She was predeceased by: her parents, Jefferson H. Melton and Mary Lee Meredith Melton; and her former husband Sherley Banks. She is survived by: her husband Warren Bolt; her son David; her daughter-in-law Mimi Banks; her daughter Dina; her son-in-law William Clower; and her siblings, Ruth Easter, James Melton, Irene Utt, Ida Huff, Wanda Sawyers and Kenny Melton. She is also survived by three grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
