Osborne; his daughters, Elaine Osborne of Hillsville and Deborah Joy of Elizabethton, TN; his brother Levon Andrew Newberry; his stepchildren, Toni Wilde of Maryland and Eddie Boggs of Illinois; and also, Hugh Wilde of Maryland and Therese Boggs of Illinois. He is also survived by four grandchildren; five step-grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
