He was predeceased by: his parents, James William and Rose Shores Luper. He is survived by: his son Dewey Luper, Jr.; his grandsons, Chanson Luper and Treven Luper; and his stepgranddaughter Aaliyah Bullion. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
