He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Donald and Judy Gravley. He is survived by: his girlfriend Felicia Huff; his daughter Kailey of Indian Valley; his parents, Brian Justice and Amee Justice of Hillsville; his siblings, Jacob Justice and McKenzie Justice; and his grandparents, Dean, Susan Justice of Pine Hall, NC and Mary Lambert of Galax.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to help with expenses, in care of Brian Justice, 3167 Hunters Ridge Road, Hillsville, VA 24343.
