We are sad to announce that on August 31, 2021, at the age of 58, Cynthia Lucille Newman of Hillsville, Virginia, born in Newport News, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Rupert Marshall; her stepfather Harry Bise; and her grandparents, Edd, Chelsea Marshall, Fannie and Cecil Shockley.
She is survived by: her husband Rickie Newman; her sons, Danny Newman and Gary Newman; her mother Lucille Marshall Bise; her brothers, Steven Marshall, Ronald (Liza Marshall), Freddie (Marion Marshall) and Michael (Billie Marshall); her grandsons, Dustin Newman, Bradley Newman and Jacob Newman; her stepgranddaughter Maggie Shockley; and her close friends, Tammy Carter, Susan Staples and Donald Quesinberry.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Shockley Cemetery.
