He was predeceased by: his parents, Rush W. Keith and Lennie Poole Keith; and his siblings, Anna Jean Coulson and Russell Keith. He is survived by: his wife Verna Keith; his children, Larry W. Keith (Tammy), Terry L. Keith (Michelle) and Suzanne Keith Shupe (Hunter); his stepchildren, Diana Stafford (Mike), Kenny Sayers and Jennifer Baldwin (Jamie); and his siblings, Charles Keith (Donna) and Mary Roop (Roger). He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren; and fourteen great-grandchildren.
