He is survived by: his wife Wanda Jane Lineberry Primm; his son Ashley Clinton Primm; his daughter-in-law Andrea Tolbert-Primm; his grandchildren, Ashton, Andrew and Avery Primm; and his sisters, Hazel Lyons (Don) and Linda Edmonds (Wayne).
