It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Buford Jason Edwards of Hillsville, Virginia, who passed away on August 16, 2021, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Curtis Jefferson and Elva Alverta Harmon Edwards; and his sister Dorothy Bedsaul. He is survived by: his wife Jeanne Edwards; his children, Vanessa Dobbins, Sam Riffey (Racheal) and Robert Riffey; his grandchildren, Amber Clark (Brian), Justin Dobbins (Katrina), Lee Riffey (Kim), Nick Riffey (Jessica), Samantha Riffey and Joseph Lowe; his great grandchildren, Andrew Clark, Landon Clark, Ethan Clark, Hailey Dobbins, Gracie Dobbins, Ahliyah Riffey, Cooper Riffey, Lexi, Lucy, Harper Schoolcraft and Roxy Lowe; and his siblings, Helen Golding (Dickie) and Clayton Edwards. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
