It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ardeth Claire Grant Garay of Hillsville, Virginia, who passed away on October 31, 2020, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Simon Peter Grant and Shirley Mae Ponder Grant. She is survived by: her husband Steve Louis Garay; her son Kenneth Early Garay; her siblings, Bud Grant and Eva Cunningham; her children, Steve Louis Garay, Jr., Audrey, Vinton, Linda Stowers-Stoots and Woodlawn; and her siblings, Dan Grant and Jean Grant. She is also survived by 5 Grandchildren, 11 Great Grandchildren.
