It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Andrew Neil Duncan of Hillsville, Virginia, born in Radford, Virginia, who passed away on July 28, 2020, at the age of 45, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his mother Judith Edwards Duncan. He is survived by: his son Mason Duncan; his father Thomas Duncan; his sister Alicia; his brother-in-law Charles Lane; his grandchildren, Emma Keene and Avery Keene; his children, Miranda (Sam Keene) and Niki Duncan; his niece Olivia Lane; and his nephew Dalton Lane.
