He was predeceased by: his mother Brenda Hollingsworth; and his sister Debbie Dorris. He is survived by: his wife Clarissa Lintecum; his stepson Brady Lineberry; his children, Alexa Nichole Lintecum, Jessyka Abigail Grace Lintecum and Aaron Woltz Lintecum III; his father Aaron Woltz Lintecum, Sr; his parents-in-law, Janice Jessup and Tim Lineberry; and his siblings, Eddie Dorris, Jody Miller, Heather Coulson, Steve Miller, Joshua Lintecum and Jessica Lintecum.
Flowers will be appreciated or donations may be made toward Jake's funeral expenses.
