He is survived by: his daughter Brandi Causway; his grandson Jack Hylton; his brother Timothy Causway; his aunt Donna "Maggie" Johnson; and his nieces and nephews, Austin Burkhead, Robert Causway, Brittany Burkhead and Mindy Causway.
